Regiment Code of Conduct(CoC)

Note that this rules apply more or less depending of the situation and you don't need to take them too serious*

01. The Official Regimental Tags
To be recognisable as a member of the regiment every member should use his/her regimental tags while in-game. This is mandatory only for events but a member can use his tags outside of events as well or even have them in their steam name. The template for these tags is:
1stGLI_Rank_Name.

02. The Official Regimental Banner
Equally important to a member's official tags is our official banner which is the white cross on blue background on the last selection page in NW flag selection of character customization. That is the greek flag of the time. Members of the regiment must use that banner during events. Outside events that is not necessary. Furthermore on North and South events the regiment will be using the equivalent of the NW banner. In other words if you created your character in NW with the specific banner mentioned before then in N&S you won't need to change the banner of your character but remain with whatever the game has chosen to be the equivalent of our banner for that character.
Note 02: Acting COs and NCOs in every event must use the banner with a skull on black background instead. Be careful that is only for acting command in other words for COs and NCOs that are picked to lead during a specific event and not for all COs and NCOs present at that event. Acting Regimental command will be picked in officer briefing before each event.

A. Respect your fellow teammates
Self explanatory. Kindly refrain from offensive comments against specific groups or individuals. I am not any kind of strict disciplinarian but we can all tell when certain comments exceed the 'acceptable' level. You fight side by side with your comrades in arms, they got your back so a little respect isn't too much to ask.

B. Behave Yourself
"There is a time and place for everything but now is not the time for that!" every goddamn pokemon professor when you use your bike indoors. In other words don't cause an uproar in teamspeak or discord, don't shout while people are trying to communicate commands during an event and don't disregard your officers' orders. We will refrain from using PTS (Permission to Speak) during events but we will be forced too if you don't show the least amount of self-restrain.

C. Abide by the Official Discussion articles of this Steam group
Most if not all issues you may have while you are attending this regiment including recruitment promotions and so forth can be resolved by looking into the appropriate pinned discussions on this steam group. Please follow the instructions inside them as much as you can for that ensures that the regiment will be able to run smoothly and grow in strength with your cooperation.

D. Communicate with the COs and NCOs
If you have any issue of any kind that has to do with how this regiment is run and what not do not hesitate to contact a CO or NCO. The COs  links to their steam pages will always be at the bottom of the description of this group to make this easier and you can contact an NCO by talking to him on teamspeak or adding him from the steam group. Respect the COs and NCOs, abide by their commands. They are not always right but at least they are trying their best to help the regiment as a whole and each one of its members individually.

E. Conduct Restrictions
Members that has breached this code repeatedly after being notified of doing so each time may be imposed a conduct restriction ranging from a demotion, removal of a medal or detention of their command permissions in case of NCOs and COs to a temporary or permanent removal from the regiment. Conduct Restrictions will be imposed only after such a dispute is brought to an officer meeting and voted upon by the command structure. If you feel you have been wronged in such a decision then you should contact one of the NCOs or COs.
F. Time of Inactivity
Members of the regiment absolutely cannot be removed from the regiment due to inactivity no matter the time frame. Of course inactive members will not advance in its ranks though at the same time. However, all NCOs  and COs who will be absent for a long time have to inform us beforehand of not only the exact dates you will start being inactive and when you will be back but also a reason for your inactivity during that time period. This is important because of the responsibilities of those ranks within our command structure.
regimental command may decide to set the regiment of vacation. At those periods attendance of events will not be held but events given that at least 5 members attend will be held by the regiment. In those periods no attendance or event points will be awarded but members can still earn points via the other methods described in the promotion point system.
